-At our league shows if for any reason you cannot compete after submitting an entry please notify show officials before the start of a class /show and we can move entries to the next most suitable league show date

-Combinations must attend 3 shows plus the final to be eligible for league prize money.

- For 2025 to facilitate Our admin & grounds team we would appreciate where possible that all owners/riders would  try & enter at least two hours before the official entry closing deadline.

- Please read T& C at time of booking , there are no refunds for entries withdrawn after the official close of entry but every effort will be made to move entries to another league week/class if MEC Admin are notified before the start of a class .
